i hate living where i live a lot and wanna move far away to the north or west or even east but im stuck here till college, unless i can get my parents to let me study abroad or something. should i switch schools again??? what if i hate this one even MORE??

No, you shouldn't switch again. This isn't going to solve any problems. You need to get at the root of your dislike of everything around you. And running away won't help. Studying abroad is only for those who can truly handle it and it's not an easy program to get into.
Those I knew who were fortunate to study abroad, were required to undergo psychological testing to see if it was truly something for them.

Let's face it School sucks, but hey you gotta go, so stay where you are, make some friends and try to get good grades. Maybe if you can show your parents you deserve to go study abroad you will, but the exchange programs I looked into when I was in High School are very hard to get into

If you hate school that much, you're going to either have to suck it up or wait until you're old enough to learn a trade. But in the long run it'll help you to have a high school diploma. If you're motivated enough you might want to consiter home education or online school.
Think about what it is you don't like about school and see if it's anything you can work around.

Don't switch again. I would suggest you figure out what it is about school you don't like. Is it the subject matter? The atmosphere? Then see what your present school can do to help you become more interested in your education. May-be you could do some after school sports/activities.
