I have a VCR/DVD player hooked up (correctly? I have no idea!!!!), but I don't know if it's to my converter and/or the computer. I'm trying to copy a DVD onto my computer, using my InterVideo WinDVD 4. How the h*** am I supposed to know if it's hooked up/connected right? I cannot afford to have someone come up, just to move one little thing and having to pay $60 for every visit. I've had him come over 5 times and I'm just confused as the first visit. Stop the 'puter talk and simply explain it. Some of us aren't experts. If we were, we wouldn't be asking for the help. I have to have every single little movement and click explained in fine detail.

Mauals are so beyond me and I don't know what to ask for when I know the lingo, sorry.
I just need to connect my recorder to my converter. The technicality is a whole language in itself.
