I think they should install breathalyzers on cell phones so that tragedies like this can be avoided!

You didnt do that did you? I used to drunk call my enemies , they called the cops on me and now i just shut my phone off when i get home from the bar. So i dont get the cops at my door anymore.There my enemies because they owe me money.Ill get money one way or another.
