What do you need help with?
Are you concerned about your symptoms and if they mean your baby is due?
I didn't have ANY symptoms at all. And one morning woke up with contractions!
The sharp pain in the groin is very possibly the head engaging the cervix. This can be quite uncomfortable as the baby moves about and sort of "pinches" nerves in that area.
Lack of appetite? Well- most folk do not eat big meals in the run up to "exercise"... So that is very normal. But I am sure you know all that!
Have a grand time in the next few days and do look after yourself. You do not NEED to do anything if you are feeling lazy and hazy.
All the best.

Do you have any other children? Sharp pains could be your ligaments stretching which at times can be pretty painful. The baby doesn't always drop before you go into labor and usually energy spurts come in the 7th and 8th month, at least for me. It's normal to feel lazy and tired one week before your due date. Also, your appetite is slow because you don't have a lot of room. It's good to snack several times a day and rest, rest, rest, because you won't be getting very much sleep once the baby arrives. Good Luck! I just had my 3rd and it's still wonderful.

I wouldn't worry too much. I felt alot of groin pain throughout my pregnancy, and I think it is just everything stretching getting ready to have a baby! Also- the last part of pregnancy your insides are sooo squished there is no room in your tummy for food! I had to force myself to eat at the very end. I also never "dropped" but I never carried that high anyway. I basically had enough energy to lay on the couch and watch Law and Order. Sounds like you are experiencing "the home stretch." The days before I went into labor I had MORE energy than I had the previous weeks. Good luck!

Sounds like the "shooting pains" may be your cervix getting ready or even VERY early contractions. We don;t always get energy spurts and when we do they aren;t always right before delivery. It is normal to lose appetite shortly before as well. AND finally...babies dont always drop that you will notice until labor is already in progress. Real soon, real soon You're almost there! Congratulations!
