The elements in column 1 and 2 of the periodic table give colored flames as well as copper. Cu

Be,Mg,Ca, Sr, Ba

when they burn the electrons they have get excited. They jump and obit and hang there untill their energy falls. then they fall and orbit releasing a piticular type of light
