Sorry to tell you that 18 is the Magic Number. You'll need to carry ID with you to get into most clubs. It is also not unheard of that the police will do id checks at some of the local bars after hours.

Have a safe trip!

Sorry to tell you the age limit is 18 for clubs, alcohol and cigarettes.

While there are clubs that will let you in others like MOS and Plush have an ID checks. I was told that even the 24 hrs KTV like Party world has a check as they are on a Police route.

generally if it is a popular club, and lots of people go, they will check for id.
you can try your luck at ordering at an outdoor restaurant or just get some stuff at 7-11. Unless you look very young, it is unlikely you will be asked anything, especially if you look foreign.
people here have a very relaxed attitude to drinking in general, but the police like to get the easy money from the pubs any way they can. if you did get caught, you probably would need to pay some cash before you leave the country.

Though 18 is the age limit, there's some local bars that you can go and drink at.
Plus, I heard it's pretty easy to buy alcohol at local 7-11's even if you are underage.
Have fun
