Nope! A week ago I told someone on "answers" to buy "oil service companies"....OIH ( the ETF for oilservices) up 4.6% since.... and we got another ten days of arctic blasts in the forecasts. "Cheaper oil?" ...maybe the end of March...for about six weeks.
