Give them some warm milk at night and a nice blanket.. you will see the difference right away!

warm milk works and putting them in a dimly lit room helps if there real noisy if all else fails and they drive you insane get a pet snake keep the rodents for reproducing purposes and you wont have to worry about the snake going hungry

These types of animals are nocturnal - meaning they are active at night. You'd do better to move them into a different room.

They are nocturnal animals you nit! Your being awake during the day disturbs their sleep! Take them out of your room.

Give them a night-light and they will think it is day time and go to sleep, but don't forget to let them have a dark area during the day so they get their excersize and play time.

you don't. they are mostly nocternal animals which is why they're normally sleeping in the day. I used to put my gerbils in the closet to go to sleep, but mostly I grew so used to the sound I could tune it out.
