I was supposed to get my period 4 days ago - so far there is nothing. I didn't feel the breast tenderness I usually get before my period either but I do feel the a bit of the menstrual cramps on and off but mostly it is a cramp on my right side. could this possibly mean that I am pregnant?

There are these nifty inventions called HOME PREGNANCY TESTS. You can find them at almost any drug / grocery store. Buy one.

OK, first of all, you need to just go get a test, take it right in the morning after you wake up. Breast tenderness is actually a symptom of pregnancy, they tend to feel swollen also, at least for me they did before i even found out i was. I also did have a pain specifically on my right side, but that could be anything. Just go get a test, or make a doctor's appointment. 4 days is a long enough amount of time to be concerned
