Yup. Do you remember the Visionaries? Probably one of the best cartoon series ever. Really liked it as a kid, i had a classmate burn cds for me. And Transformers. I'm definitely gonna watch the movie. One of the best cartoons ever. Yep, the days of cartoons like that are long past.. Good thing I still have the Simpsons. Hehe.

skinny japanese animations look alot more cooler than a sailor eating spinach,guys that kill skeletons, and some cat-man killing whoever. We get too much of that on video games.

You should be watching some more of the action and robot related Anime. Plenty of big beefy guys there.

For the same reason that most popular actors have tenor voices: Women don't feel as threatened, and neither do men, when they see or hear someone who is....let's say..."slightly effeminate", i.e., not some big brooding deep-voiced ogre.
(anyone want to prove me wrong?)

i guess there are not a lot of buff asians and asian animes focus on cute faces even in guys. they just portraying asian characteristics on the animes

i don't know probably its american thing back then and people these days are more in to goofy and funny looking people
