Congratulations on your new baby! It's a huge change, so first off, adjust your expectations of a "clean house." You need to rest and take care of yourself and your baby right now.

To get started organizing your house, I'd suggest adopting simple morning and evening routines. For a mom with a young baby, a reasonable, realistic routine in the morning might be: make bed, wipe bathroom counters & toilet with disposable wipes, dress self & baby, eat breakfast and give baby breakfast, and clean up breakfast dishes.
Flylady divides the house into zones so each area is cleaned throughout the month. She also recommends a weekly larger cleaning, which she calls the "weekly home blessing," on Mondays.

You asked, "How do I keep it clean with an infant?" For the floors, drag it around with a dust mop tied to it's butt. But don't tell anyone because you will get in trouble with the child labor law people!

keep things simple you can decorate beautifully and less is definitly more in your case with an infant decoritive baskets keep thing organized while adding a splash of decor...amoires are great for storage and to keep things in.. again keept Things simple i just did the same in my house and had to get rid of soooo many things due to clutter but i also watch alot of hgtv and you can watch designed to sell they have awsome ideas.....

while i'm cleansing i will turn on the radio and hear music. My youngest daughter has gotten use to it cuz I even have carried out it provided that she develop into very youthful.
