my eye really hurts and i really hate going to the doctors. its not red, but around where my cheekbone comes up to my eye is where it hurts.my eyeball doesnt hurt though. Whats wrong with me???

Actually it sounds like sinus pain. They sell pills for that, and they work pretty well. But first, you could try putting a cold pack on it for five minutes and see if that helps. Like an ice pack.
But if it stays bad, you might have to see a doctor.

It could be any one of a number of things -- but getting old isn't one of them! You don't become decrepit at twelve.....
If your eye isn't red, that means the irritation is likely internalized. It could be a bruise (did you get swatted in the face playing basketball?) or it could be an infection. If it's an infection, you really do need to get to the doctor pronto, because sinus and eye cavities are too close to the brain to mess around with.
In any case, why put up with pain when you don't have to? Ask you mom to make an appointment today, or ask her to take you to the emergency department at your local hospital. But do get it looked at by someone who can give you a better opinion than any of us on Yahoo,because without seeing you, and without being able to do a professional diagnosis, all we can do is guess. And you need something better than that.

Sounds like you have a sinus problem. You may have an allergy or an infection. Time to see the doctor. Sorry.

hai i understand... i too hate doctors.. rather scared of them... hihihi... but you know wht dont take chaces. you are only 12 yrs old and if you treat them now you wont have problems in the future. ask your parents to consult a doctor for you. if your parents need experts advice please visit the following site.
