I liked it, probably because it was free. but it was nice. Nothing remarkable, but nice.

Harrah's LV is not the most high-end hotel like the Venetian or the Bellagio, but it is definitely not the Lady Luck downtown. It is located on the strip across from the Bellagio and you are in the center of all the action. My wife and I stayed at Harrah's LV in July 2006 and were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite which we loved.
The atmosphere was relaxed and the customer service is excellent. They were super friendly and helpful during our stay.
For outfits, you will need comfortable shoes since no one looks at your feet if you plan on being in the casino majority of the time or walking around. If you go out dancing or a nice dinner, change for the occasion (dress to impress).
You will see the entire stretch of dress codes no matter which hotel you venture to, so it really doesn't matter what you wear. We go about twice a year for the past 7 years and it doesn't change. The nightlife is great and people do dress up. During the day it is a little more casual and anything goes. Be comfortable!!!!
Harrah's LV is a great hotel in a great location for a great rate. Enjoy your stay! We will be back!

I have stayed at Harrahs and I found it to be nice, kinda like a Best Western. The room was nice but nothing fancy. Its definately not like staying at Ceasers or Bellagios, two of the top hotels on the strip. Harrah's is a good location to go to all of the other hotels; its right in the center of the action.
When you go to Vegas the dress is casual ALL THE TIME. People do not dress up even for shows. People who go to clubs may dress and if you go in the fancy restaurants in the eveing you cannot wear shorts and T's. But for all other activities its casual. Be sure to take good walking shoes.

Pretty casual at Harrah's. I had a great time there. I ended up on a bus from Harrah's to some other casino with 18 drunk black women and it was hilarious fun. I doubt you'll stay at Harrah's though. I ended up gambling at almost 10 casinos in the four days I was there.
Have fun and play responsibly!!!

It's just a hotel, not one of the best, but adequate. All of Las Vegas is casual. Nobody dresses anymore so don't buy new clothes and don't trouble yourself. Just wear what you like and is comfortable. It may or may not be warm in April. Make sure you check the weather before you come.

Its Vegas you'll be fine no matter what you wear! But honestly I've heard mixed reviews so take it from these reviewers. And remember a hotel room in Vegas is really just a place to stay not where you spend the majority of your time!

It is casual. I have gambled there, and make sure you stop by "The Party Pit" at Harrah's. It's typically where the younger people gamble, and they play loud music, and people are always yelling and having a great time!

Harrah's is kinda ghetto to be honest with you. Just because that's where you're staying doesn't mean that's where you have to hang out. Harrah's is very casual. I suggest going to the Bellagio or the Venitian if you want to go somewhere classy.

It is middle-upper middle class. Dressy casual is o.k. If you are trying to find Mr right then just try to look good and hang out at the pool.
Be sure you know what clubs you are going to. Wear your best to meet a man there.
