Bush has fallen short of everything including brains!

How could people elect such an idiot without belonging to the same ilk as this moron? The selection may not have been great, but this was the worse choice even before the whole campaign had concluded. I think you guys need to look closely at your system and make some changes so 1 vote means 1 vote. This college bullshit you use allows losers to be winners.

He's fallen short in every single one of them. The final NAIL in the coffin was when he lied about yellow cake uranium and had to retract the infamous 16 words in the 2003 SOTU. He lost all credibility with me at that exact moment.

If anything, I think he overreached. My largest complaint about him is bending to much on domestic issues. I have read and re-read the constitution and can not find any statement that would allow any branch of the federal government to meddle in funding of healthcare, alternative energy or insurance. He's become a domestic free spending liberal in his time in office and many of us fiscal conservatives are tired of it.

I don't even like to hear his voice...

I have heard professional liars many times in my lifetime and it is usually somewhat interesting, comparing their skill and what not... however... bush 43 is a sociopath... and thinks that his deciet is virtueous... and no matter how well polished it is, his speeches are still as sickening as a vomited turd !

He just can't flat out say that his Occupation for Oil is a failure.

The only thing that would have been appropriate in that speech would be an admission of failure with a date of resignation.
