Finding The Wavelength, Frequency, and Energy.....?

Question

"Choose colors of light produced for three of your samples and find an approximate wavelength that corresponds to that color. Now find the frequency and energy of each color."

The colors are yellow, blue, and green; how do I do this? (I remember her telling us, but I forget and dont have my book with me)

you need to look up the wavelength of each color on a light spectrum, blue light being about 400 to 500 nm and red light being about 800 to 900 nm.

Then use the formulas
c=(frequency)(wavelength)
E=(Plank's constant)(frequency)
