Electric lights.

In some Eastern Orthodox churches, the differences are amazingly small, and purposely so. When the early church was persecuted, there weren't a lot of opportunities for standardized teaching, no seminaries like we have today to train ministers, so they developed standardized rituals. Even if the pastor or priest hadn't had a full set of formal training, if he could read or memorize (if he couldn't read) the standard program, then a church could carry on anyway. In time, people began to be concerned that they weren't doing things the right way, so there was a sense of pride in following this or that ritual or formula or creed. If the pastor of a church walks in wearing a robe or some fabric piece as a sign or symbol, then they have large elements of their services purposely tied to very old patterns of worship.

Still, the biggest difference is the lights, as inconsequential as they are. It is the same God and the same Bible, though translated in several dozen minutely different ways.
