Well I'm from the South of Alabama and I don't believe that you live in an igloo. So don't categorize ignorance to a certain region, you live in a house.. of course unless you're homeless, than you live in a box.

That is the Inuit that live in the igloos right? Your view of Southern Americans is pretty narrow. Besides, all Americans know that Canadians live in nests.

That's because there's a higher instance of inbreeding in the south. I'm fairly certain Canadians live in houses, apartments, even cardboard boxes at fairly the same percentages as Americans.

Canadians live in beautiful well maintained homes. Many blend in with the Canadian Forests. Some homes are brick and many are made of elegant logs and wood. They are clean and very well kept. I have been in Canada and I love it. My Uncle was a Canadian/Norwegian citizen. They lived in an old fashioned , Canadian comfortable home. It was very cozy. Many lumber homes and have a Paul Bunyan, type home. I Love how so many of the homes are surrounded by Canadian Pines. It is a Peaceful place. I Love Canada !!

I live in the south and all the Canadians I know are what we call snowbirds. These people come down for the winter time and we really wish they would not. We find them to be cheap, rude, and terrible drivers. Come on springtime.
