For Good out of the musical Wicked would be good. Whoever did Glinda's parts would have to hit high notes, but whoever did Elphaba wouldn't have too many.

There is a song from Purlie called "He Can Do it", but if you have a soulful voice, you can make any song soulful. An easier one to find would be "Class" from Chicago. Does it have to be Theatre? You could do "Same Script, Different Cast", by Whitney Houston and Deborah Cox.
