I am looking for territory near the Equator which will be warm all year around. I hear Belize in Latin America and Cot 'de Ivore in Africa are idealistic. I'm considering the Mediterraen island of Malta also.

Well, you're considering right dear. Malta is the best place to visit. Good food, great entertainment, cheap food and lodging. Warm climate...Need to tell you more ?

Belize!!! Had a co-worker retire to there. He said it is inexpensive, so you live like royalty.
