Talk to a family lawyer. If you can't afford one go to Legal Aid. If you are old enough and have a legitimate beef, the law can help you. (How do you know they will suffer?)

here's my answer to you:
realize that you are not 18,25 or 30.
realize that life is not like the movies or television
realize that parents mean well, but are human as well
realize that without a way to support yourself you can't divorce
realize that without an actual reason, & child stupidity doesn't count, no judge would grant you a divorce.
here's what I realize:
You must be venting, because if it was oh so bad you would have called the police and not log onto yahoo answers.

i have a friend that is just like u and she trys 2 get through everyday trying not 2 talk or even not 2 yell at her parents. and i think that changes who she is. i find her a little annoying because of the realtionship with her parents. she has become really mean 2 practically every1 and she just doesn't care. if ur parents r mentally or physically abusive then i think that u should tell someone. but if ur parents r just trying 2 be parents and u can't live with them then i think that u r going 2 need 2 talk 2 them so u all can get some help. but running away is NOT a good choice. i think that every1 goes through that point in their life but every1 lives through it and they can make it through. then again there is the fact of being a teen and just that everything in a teen's life just seems 2 fall apart all at once. that's whats happening 2 me now and i feel like that alot of the tell i blame it on my parents like it's their fault my life is so screwed up. but evey1 goes through that time and u just need 2 find something that can help u get through it even if it is day by day.

It would help to know why. I hated mine, too when I was a teenager. But it passes as one matures usually. Whatever is wrong, I'm sure it can be resolved. Lots of people on Answers are happy to share their tried and true advice. I wish you the best of luck, and happiness.

All teenagers hate their parents. Teen angst is brutal. What did they do to you? Give you a curfew? Prevent you from dating a loser? What terrible thing did they do to you?
