Dark brown hair (dyed, lighter looks better but its too soon to fye it again!)
paleish skin (which gose red easily! -_-)

i love MAC as well... try some green/brownish colors.... they will make you look great with a shiney pink lip gloss...

i would try to use Bare Minerals make up line. not only is it all natural, but it gives a natural look to your skin. it will also conceal most of the redness so that you don't get so embarrased by it.
for your pale skin i would suggest light, but always the bisque first. then use warmth for a natural glow. since you have graysih blue eyes, i would suggest a smoky or black eyeliner. stay away from browns with eyeshadow colors and lean more towards dark grays and purples. if you go with a darker look for the eyes use a softer color for the lips.

I have bluish greyish eyes and I use black onyx cover girl eyeshadow. It blends in really good. It doesnt make you look like a freak either. I also put on my mascara until it starts to dry to make the lashes longer and eyeliner on the top and bottom lining. Alot of people have told me i have beautiful eyes.

how about navy blue eye liner?
a think navy blue line of eye shadow on the top
how about side bangs? make your long face not look sooo long
light blush b/c your face turns red easliy
bronzer, because it is winter..only put it on your cheeks, nose and center of for head, then rub it all in

use smokey eyes make-up, tinted pink lip gloss, tan blus, and earthy tones would look awesome!!!!! for the eyeliner go with blue.

put white eyeliner in the inner rims of your eyelids for bigger eyes,
use foundation as a base for eyeshadow.
Neutral eyeshadow always looks good on everyone.
Lose lipstick,
stick to clear lipgloss.
Use mascara only on your top lashes.
REMEMBER:
DON'T EVER EVER EVER EVER OVERLOAD ON MAKE UP!!!
IF YOU WON'T PUT IT ON A BABY, DON'T PUT IT ON YOUR FACE.
