I want to switch careers. I don't want to sit behind a computer all day. I love nature, I would like to do something in it, instead of just looking at it through a window. Does anyone know how to get into this field? Also, some job descritions would help. I still have no idea.

There are lots of jobs outdoors. It depends on what you do now and whether you are willing to go to school to learn a new job. Keep in mind many outdoor jobs involve physical labor.
Some ideas:
Park ranger (requires law enforcement training typically)
Arborist (2 years of training through a community college - involves physical labor)
Landscape contractor - some college and must pass contractor's license exam in most places. Again, may require some physical labor.
Restoration biologist - Masters degree in restoration biology is usually required as a minimum.

You could walk dogs, be a mail carrier, grounds keeper for local parks, or golf courses, volunteer to do nature walks and talks for day camps in the summer, teach swimming at the local pool, work in a plant nursery.
