Yeah, a lot of the retail stores have repair shops now. Or check locally for a computer repair/computer sales place.

You might just want to consider either doing it yourself or asking around and finding someone to do it for you. It's a really easy job. Any computer repair company is going to charge you at least $50 just to touch it, and it's like a 10 minute repair. Do a search on Google, there are tutorials on doing all kinds of hardware repairs and upgrades. Buy your parts from http://www.newegg.com to save money.

Why do you think it needs a new fan? Is it loud? or do you know the fan is dead?

I wouldn't advise to goto radio shack. Find a local computer store that can help you out.

There's several different fans, if it's the case fan you could get away without replacing it for awhile, but in the long run I would replace it and that ones simple enough you could do yourself.

If it's your Processor fan or Power Supply fan, I would check a local computer store. BestBuy has those geek people, but i'm sure they'll charge you out the you know what.

Radio shack -might- have one, but if you still have the number for the guy that made it, and if the warranty is still good. You can probably just get it straight from the manufacturer. Otherwise I'd look around on ebay or something.
