the solar angle possitions the earth on an angle that directly allows the sun to penitrate its rays through thus heating the earth

well technically it's the earth's angle that affects the heating.

oo i kinda know this.....BIOLOGY ........haha well the sun's rays go directlly to the equator bec it is closer to sun.....and it depends on which hemisphere you are in on earth.....ummm....soo the solar angle affects the heating on earth....i hope that helps....lol
