There should be a " menu " button underneath the front bottom edge , or on the bottom front. Push that and see if brightness is there. There should be up and down arrows there to increase or in your case decrease the brightness. If it's not in the menu, there might be a seperate button for that along side the menu one, with up and down arrows. Mine has an " auto" button, which resets the factory settings on your screen.

If your monitor provides adjustment for brightness, just use it. If it still does not work, right click on your desktop and click properties. After that go to settings then click advanced, which I think is under the slider for adjusting screen resolution. Another box will appear then click the color tab . There, you can adjust your monitor's gamma, brightness and contrast with more control. Hope it helps. Good luck! :)

On the front of your monitor there should be some buttons. If you play around with them you can find it in there.

It would displayed as a sun or even says brightness.

If you've got a laptop, look at you keys, on my thinkpad you have to use the "FN" key plus another key for brightness.

Otherwise you could in your control panel on windows, it would be under display. Look for the settings tab then "Advanced" at the bottom of the windows. Try that out.

If you have a monitor then the setting's should be on the front somewhere but if it's a laptop screen just mess around with it or you can check the help articles.

Hope I could help.
