In oregon. porland area farmland was mauled under by devlopments. i have heard one blacktop goes on top of soil it is dead! Anyone from this area would know what i am talking about when i refer to airport way and the tilling under of farmland. has happened here in hawaii a lot Ewa Beach is now houses was once all sugar cane..they are making there moves on the pineapple fields in central oahu now. how do we stop it!
