Download a Pop-Up blocker. There are hundreds of them.
Or better yet download the Yahoo or Google toolbar which come with pop-up blockers standard, and for free.

use a popup block internet explorer 7 and firefox have them use firefox for the best block pop ups

well you need a pop up blocker. i reccomend the google toolbar with built in pop up blocker
