POP3 is used to receive emails. You will be able to get the pop3 URL from the hosting company. Try mail.masontrenching.com, pop.masontrenching.com or pop3.masontrenching.com. Those are the 3 most common ones. Leave the port and other settings at default.

SMTP is the protocol used to send emails. Most likely, your hosting company does not have this available to you, but you can use the same SMTP settings as your main email account from your ISP.

the pop ans smtp are servers that manage your outgoing and ingoing mail. For POP and SMTP the name should look something similar to. pop.masontrenching.com, and for you smtp it depends on your ISP so you should call ur website host and ask them for their smtp.

Your domain name supplier should be able to tell you what email config you need.
