whenever i try to take it out.
it like kills.
is there anything i can do to take it out more easier?

it probably needs to stay in a little longer. it may have not absorbed enough so its not saturated so thats why it hurts when you try to take it out.

Try taking it after a bath it may help make it wetter so it will come out easier. If it is like that every time maybe you shouldn't wear tampons. Or you could have it in there wrong

You should really try to relax when you do this...and not just that, but you should always try to use the lowest absorbency to fit your menstrual cycle..if you've got a super tampon in when your flow is light...that could cause some discomfort

they have teen-size tampons, you could try one of those
sometimes you tense up and it's harder to get it out,and yes if it's not 'full' enough then it will be hard also.
so: smaller tampon
let in for a min of 2 hrs max 6 hrs
pull gently and while relaxed

Buy the slender size tampons if it hurts when you take tampons out.
try to relax while you are pulling it out. breathe out slowly and relax those muscles down there and pull.

Maybe your wearing one that's to large,& its drying you out to much,or wearing it longer than you should. Try using smaller ones that will not soak up all moisture & change more often if you need to .As the flow lessens use smaller tampons.Hope this helps.

Sometimes when you take tampons out that arn't ready to be taken out then it really hurts. If you arn't already, try leaving it in for longer so that it can absorb more

It's probably too dry. Leave it in longer so it will absorb more blood. And you have to relax when you take it out.

tampons aren't that wonderful sometimes,try a regular absorbing tampon not the super ones they leave you dry,and it's painful
