Is she already spayed? Most vets recommend spaying female rabbits to help prevent cancer.
One check up early on in her life would be helpful.
Check out the House Rabbit Society web page at:

They have all types of answers regarding rabbits including health questions.

Mine usually go for an annual check up when they have their calici shots renewed. Personally I think it's a good habit to get into for a number of reason, probably most importantly it allows you to build a relationship with your vet. This is vital when it comes to rabbits as a lot of vets have minimal experience and you may not have the option of using one that is rabbit savy. I've been using the same vet for close on 8 years now. The surgery started with a general idea about caring for rabbits but with all the problems my rabbits have had over the years (abscessing, cancer, malocclusion, headtilt, calici and myxo) we've both learnt a huge amount. Because of my persistence in finding a fix, rabbits that visit the surgery now have a better chance at being treated instead of put down. When I was told to euthanise I dug up protocols and asked that we try them. I've taken reams of printed material down there, sometimes being met with sceptisism but they've come to trust my judgement. They now treat headtilt, abscesses and malocclusion because of the successes I've had. In fact my christmas present to the surgery this years was Hardcourte-Brown's Textbook of Rabbit Medicine.

Sorry if this is long winded but I really can't stress enough how important it is to find a vet you can work with well in advance of a disaster and you're not just helping your rabbit get good treatment, but every other one that visits the surgery. Good rabbit vets aren't always found, sometimes they're made.

Most people don't, but you should. It's a good way to nip any problems in the bud.

Well done

Yes, you should. They need to have health exams, be spayed or neutered and may need teeth trims.
