if your default gateway is of line then you shouldnt be able to use the net either go to internet connections right click on local connection click on properties and then scroll down to internet protocol (tcp/ip) double click it and then click on obtain ip address automaticly if it alread on this close all windows and got to start /run type cmd and then click ok now you got a blck command screen type in ipconfig /all then press enter see if there is a number for you default should be somert like 225.225.248 thats just an example if its not there then reset your modem and com and go to start/ run type cmd again black screen again type ipconfig /release hit enter all numbers will be 0.0.0.0 this means your networks id has been cleared now type in ipconfig /renew and enter to renew your network id and try sign in again if this didnt work contact you suppler good look
