Just take them to the jewelry store and have them re-sized. What's the big deal? Ask your husband to come with you to keep you company.

If the ring is uncomfortable for YOU to wear anymore, you would be best served by going to the jewelers and having them re-size both your finger and the ring at the same time! It IS after all your finger, not your husbands!

In the time it took to write out the question you could have had the ring resized! It takes 15 - 30 min at a jewelry store in your local mall. Just have it done the next time you are there. Costs hardly anything. Really what's the big deal to fret over here anyway???

You can find your new size easily if you go to a website like Find My Ring Size http://findmyringsize.com and get your ring size online. Then neither of you have to leave the house.

Do you want to WEAR your wedding rings? If so, then why should it matter who brings the rings in? Or better...tell him to get you another one to celebrate your upcoming 25th Anniversary!

Ask yourself what will it mean to you if he did it versus you doing it yourself? Your aunt sounds just a little old fashion. As long as he shows you he loves you in other ways, does he have to do it this way too?

It would be best if you did it. They can measure your finger.
Does your aunt think he is going to know the size of your finger? Good gravy!
It's up to you to do this, you are the best person for the job.

Either of you could do it. If you want him to do it, just ask him. or if you want it done yourself, do it. Is it the cost you're worried about? If you combine your money it won't matter. If he makes you keep things separate, which isn't good, but then just ask him to get them changed for you for like Valentine's Day or something like that.

It isn't anyones job. If you want your rings resized, go get them resized. If you want to wait around for your husband to do it, that is fine too. But it is not his "job".
