Anyone else's copy of Pro Evo 6 (on PS2) crashed?

Question

I'm in my 4th season now on the Master league, and so far the game has froze/crashed about 3 times. It usually does it at the end of a match on the stats screen. The game screen just freezes and no matter what buttons you press nothing happens. You simply have to restart the PS2. Has anyone else's copy of PES6 done this?
