Yes they sure do and I am glad they defeated the ACLU. The Boy Scouts has held to their beliefs and has not let political correctness destroy what is good and moral. Now, the girl scouts has become politically correct and I wish some parents really knew that. My child will NOT join girl scouts for that reason. American Heritage Girls is spreading and that's what my girl will join. The girl scouts promote a book called "It's Perfectly Normal" for ages 10-14.

Yeah for the Boy Scouts and not letting garbage and political correctnes destroy them.

Exclude anybody? or just those that are not boys... do the girl scouts allow girls? I think sexual preference should not matter, but I think that a major factor for qualifying for the boy scouts would be; being a boy.

Yes, pretty much. The girls have Girl Scouts. NO queers should be around kids. The libs have polluted minds and confused our young to the point that they don't know what is right or what truth is. The Boy Scouts are a proud organization that promotes healthy life and wholesome American values for millions of American Boys and helps make sane and responsible men out of them. They deserve to be kept pure.

The Boy Scouts of America is an independent organization. They should be able to include/exclude whoever they want. That's the nature of a club.

Should a gay organization be allowed to limit it's membership to gays?

If the government controls who can join clubs, then what is the point of starting a club?

Its a club. I think that if you have a private club then you can exclude anyone you want. This is America, the greatest country of all. If you wanted to form a club whose members can only ask questions they really don't want to hear the answer too, then I would be excluded.

It's like the PGA and the LPGA if a woman can play in the PGA then I think a man should be able to play in the LPGA. By your question you are saying that men should be able to go to an all female gym, and that battered men should be allowed into a Betty Ford clinic.

Its like free speech is okay, as long as you agree with me. Thats BS.

Absolutely. Boy Scouts are boys. Girl Scouts are girls. Let's leave it at that.

Why do these kids even have to think about sexual orientation at that age. Kids at that age shouldn't even be thinking about that kind of stuff...let alone if they are gay or not.

Only adults with their own sick agendas push these issues onto kids.

Yes, the court said as a private club they can exclude anyone they want.

Why don't these groups start their own scout group?

Of course. They are a private organization that professes certain ideals and morals. If someone doesn't hold those similar ideals and morals why should they be forced to allow them to join? Should the Masons be required to accept women? Should Catholics be forced to baptize those who profess allegiance to another faith or ordain women priests? It just seems like a non-issue to me. Why would someone who doesn't fit the mold or hold to the same ideals want to join anyway? I think there are far too many people who believe they are victims and are too concerned with making a point rather then focus their energy on something more productive and beneficial to society.
