How do you make the 007 opening sequence?

On youtube.com, you can see many clips of people reinacting the traditional 007 opening sequence. It is the one where the screen is all black, but suddenly white circles goes across the screen. Suddenly you see a man walking and then he pulls out a guns and shoots the screen. The screen turns all red and begins to shake.
What software allows you to recreate the scene?
