Front wheel speed sensor? VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor)? I can only assume you are getting an error and code of some sort, but don't know which one you're interested in. Front wheels are easy, follow the round 2-pin plug right to the sensor and unscrew it, most VSS are in the left rear of the trans, also with a 2-pin connection and usually a round body. Normally held in by 1 screw.

Let me guess your speedometer is reading way too high and or just way off. It is most likely the instrument cluster assy. The speedo has a electric motor that moves the needle and the motors get gummed up and start to stick. If this is the case will need to send in and have rebuilt to retain the original miles. Or if you are reeeeeeallly handy maybe try to dissasemble and clean them but I wouldnt recomend this for the novice.
