I would describe someone with a great personality as someone who is outgoing, has a good sense of humor, isn't self-deprecating, knows how to laugh at him/herself, isn't materialistic, isn't down on him/herself but not conceited either, (there is a middle ground).

For me a great personality would be someone open, and outgoing, a down to earth person. Someone that can get along with anybody, talk about most things, and is a good listener.

a geat personality is one that is confident, not arrogant, open and responsive/giving. I think that translates to diferent sexes, races, etc. You can be well read, or a worldly traveler and make that person more knowledgeable, but those are core personalities.

if u mean a specific person's personality, id say prophet muhammed.
if u mean personality, as in attributes, id saysomone who can acknoledge that they dont have evrything, that they're a genius anyway, and that they have mistakes and yet they have good inside them too.

likes to do things alone, aces in all that is done, capable of attacking otherS yet not being detected.
yet easy to get along with, work with,and easy going.
