Yes I do think he was involved in both murders. First off, both murders were executed in almost the exact same fashion so the same person had to be behind both of them. Suge owed Tupac ALOT of money, millions. Pac died with less than 100,000 in the bank. The house he was living in and the cars he was driving all belonged to Suge. Pac wanted to leave the label, which means Suge has to pay up what he owed, and he would lose future millions over future albums. So I believe he killed Tupac believing he would keep all of the master recordings and he would keep making money off of him. It was a win-win for Suge. As far as motive for the Biggie murder, he was the biggest east coast rapper at the time. His biggest competition. So why not take him out. That way it will fuel the flame and Suge still stood to make more money. Unfortunatly for Suge, Afeni (Pac's mom) was smarter than he thought and gained control of his unreleased material, and went bankrupt anyway.
