When i am going through my monthly cycle all i want to do is have sex. But another time of the month, i'm not really in the mood. I can still get myself in the mood, but when i have my period, that's all i think about. My bf says that he doesn't care that it is tha time of the month, but i find that we can't have as much fun as i'd like when i have the curse. Is this normal to be like this, and if so, why?

Can't give any medical reason, but I assure you this is normal. It might have something to do with the subtle change in body temperature at that time of the month getting you "hot"? Yeah, I agree, it's not as much fun at "that time", but if the boyfriend thinks it's okay.... well keep some towels handy, and dim the room ;o)

i know what your saying!!!! it's all i think about when i'm on my period. i hate it because i don't have a boyfriend or anything right now, so i just have to put up with it. i crave sex when i'm on my period more then i do chocolate or any other food!! it's because of the hormones running through your body at that time. you have less of this hormon when your not on your period. so, that explains why your not in the mood for it when your not on your period.

very normal. its the extra hormones you have running through you when your on your period we all go through this
