Need help finding a song. Kinda know part of the lyrics. Please help!?

im looking for the song i heard earlier today. there is a piano in the background and it sounds like its from the 70's or 80's im not sure. the guy singing the chrous i believe sounds like he's on helium or has a high pitched voice. i think he says this in the song "Close to me, close to you, blah blah blah blah, in the night (dont know if thats in there). Please help me!

i dont know if those are the actual lyrics because i cant find the song yet. all i know is that the guy singing has a high-pitched voice and there is a piano in the background. it might have the "close to me, close to you lyrics" im not sure thats just based on what i heard.
