This is prompted by today's annoucement of new Super Casino's being allowed in the UK. Having just seen one of the new sites on the news, to be located in a deprived area, I wondered if the govt / local authorities would do anything to protect residents ? I seem to remember that such a policy applies in Las Vegas, but was unsure if this was true.

Casino, is a code word for the goverment looking easy schemes to make money, off poor implusive gamblers. Gambling should be legal without the goverment taking a cut of the action. Regulate so mobsters dont run casinos, but the govement should not profit off implusive actions. Allow the casinos, but not allow the goverment to profit off it
