I am doing a the play, Cinderella and I will be playing Drisella (One of the evil step sisters). I was wondering if Drisella had a solo song ( song sung by yourself)? Or a duete (two people sing together)? Please help me!!!!!! Wish me luck! I LOVE ACTING!!!!!

I think you might... I found a song called "Stepsisters' Lament"
at "all musicals.com" and it is a duet by Prunella and Esmerelda, but I don't know of any Esmerelda in Cinderella, so maybe it's Drisella that is singing that part. I have seen the movie, and this is the song the step sisters sing at the ball, so maybe in the movie they just changed the names. I love acting too, break a leg.

Since Drizella was supposed to be evil and everything, I would think that she doesn't have singing part because all the beautiful disney princesses could sing so well. If they give Drizella a singing part, that would be wrong because she is a villain.

If it's the musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein, there is a duet.
It's cute, and called "Why would a fella want a girl like that?"

ummm...no sorry!I don't think that you sing.But I wish you definite good luck on the play!!!Remember:If u get stage fright,look over the audience's head!(thats what i always do!!!)
