How do I bring my rear tractor tires under the fender, currently spread out too far(john deere 2640). Thanksx

It depnds on the rim system used on the particular tractor. If it is stock or not and the year. There are power adjust and manual adjust. With power adjust you need to loosen the nuts holding the anchors and use the trans and brake to turn the inner hub of the wheel to the position you want. With the manual adjust the process varies depending on which of the various types you have.

The center of the wheels are off-set. Turn them around.
