Dose anyone know where to get a Panic! at the Disco poster??? Or a Ryan Ross Poster?? I have looked in alot of places and like no one has them.

Try somewhere like Hot Topic or Spencer's. If you can't find one there, go to any store that sells teeny bopper-ish magazines (J-14, M, Pop Star!, etc...) and flip through those to see if they have any. They usually only cost around $2.99, and that's where I get the majority of my Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, and Panic! At The Disco posters. The articles may suck, but at least they've got some decent posters!

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

Hot Topic. Best store to buy Panic T-shirts, etc. Posters should be there too. Other bands t-shirts, etc. are sold there too.
