It would depend on several factors. Are these just 2 ordinary guys, or is one an ex-Marine or something? How big is each individual? What kind, if any, of fighting experience do both parties have?

I served in the military with some very bad white boys who would kick the crap out of anyone regardless of ethnicity. There is always someone tougher than you.
