I've got a jillion titles on it with some I don't need others to see. Dumping temp files doesn't do it, also dumping all offline content doesn't do it either.

I don't google porn I allready have my favorite titles. Deleting cookies doesn't do it either

Alt --> Tools --> Delete Browsing History --> Delete History --> Yes. If you're getting annoyed from all the words and links you typed, go to: Alt --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Content (Tab) --> AutoComplete Button --> Uncheck all the boxes --> Ok --> Ok

Open IE.
Tools->internet options->content->autocomplete.
Click on clear passwords and clear forms.
Uncheck all options and click on ok.

go to tools optiions then clear history

try downloading, installing and running ccleaner. It will cleanup your internet history as well as other un-needed items.
