3. four butterly magnets
4. pink mirror
5. two small round frame holders
6. thought bubble earaser board
please give me some real suggestions that are cool and unique that nobody will have. thanks in advance!

What about a cute "Inbox" mounted below the vents - you could make one for each of your friends - so when you stick a note or doodle or photo or whatever in your friend's locker through the vent, it falls into the little mailbox and doesn't get lost or smooshed. You guys could have a great time leaving each other fun little notes and things to make each other smile.

Depending on how crafty you want to be. You can make a liner for your locker out of some cool fabric. Buy foam core and measure it to fit inside each side of your locker and tops and bottoms. Hot glue some fabric to the board and then use some sticky tack that comes undo when you want it to to apply them to the sides of your locker...
I think a small disco ball hanging would be cool too.

Make cool magnets with photographs of your friends/pets...or pictures from magazines. It's easy and inexpensive. Just get some flexible magnet sheets from a craft store, or reuse some old ones you got for free. Glue on your pictures using white glue. Then when the glue is dry, cut around just the people, or just faces, using a regular scissor. You can cut words out of magazines and make your own magnetic poetry set! Have Fun!

It's not unique, but have some pics of your friends with you or your sibs and you.
A vanilla air freshener - everyone walking by will want to know where the yummy smell is coming from.

it's been a looooong time since i've been in school, but if i had a locker to decorate here's some things i'd put in it:
feather boas, tons of rinestones, mirrors, beads and collages...all those things can be affixed with magnets...
