www.zappos.com

Any shoe store that caters to teens. With proms coming up, these store should have a good selection of reasonably priced dress shoes in black or that can be dyed. (e.g. Nordstrom - Brass Plum Shoes)

Look on Ebay. If you find David's Bridal ones that aren't black, but are a style you like, take them to a David's Bridal store and they will dye them for you for free as long as the shoes are white and haven't been dyed before. I'm going to be a bridesmaid in March and that's what I'm doing.

I would look on Zappos.com. I have been looking myself for some bridesmaid shoes. They have a HUGE selection. And each shoe has reviews from customers that purchased them. They can tell you how comfortable they are etc....
If buying online scares you..they have a very good return policy as well.
Some of them are a bit pricey, but you know you get what you pay for!
Good Luck!

You can try Macy's, Sears, JCPenney, or Payless. Each store has a bridal registry you can look in the book for shows for styles. Bridal stores are also a great place to try. Payless has the lowest prices if your looking to save money on a pair of shows that will most likely only be worn once. I guess since they will be black you can re-wear them. They will dye the shows to the exact match of your dress in all the stores. So make sure you have a swatch pattern of the exact color of the dress and take it with you. Trust me black comes in a variety of shades from dull to midnight. Good luck and congratulations.

The best place would be a bridal shop. They have everything you need. Or if you're not in a hurry, try Ebay or online shoe stores such as Zappos.com. Good luck.
