If you mean between Celcius and Fahrenheit, the formula is F = 1.8*C + 32. The complementary formula is C = (5/9)*(F - 32).
To convert from Celcius to Kelvin, add 273.15, because Kelvin uses degrees with the same magnitude as Celcius, but is zeroed on absolute zero, which is -273.15 C. The absolute scale using Fahrenheit degrees is called degrees Rankine. Absolute zero is -459.67 F, so to convert from Fahrenheit to Rankine, add 459.67.

Use conversion formulas.
The most common conversion is between Centigrade and Fahrenheit:
F= (9/5)C + 32
C= 5/9 (F-32)

ºC = (ºF - 32) ÷ 1.8
ºK = ºC + 273 (Absolute Temperatures)
ºF = (ºC x 1.8) + 32
ºR = ºF + 460 (Absolute Temperatures)
