All of the waste in your body will never be out, not all of it at one time. Because while food is being digested and melted, that makes waste go into your gull bladder and intestines, but they're never empty. If your digestive system had nothing to digest, then you would starve to death within a couple of hours. When your digestive system isn't digesting anything, that makes your stomach hurt, otherwise known as hunger, or starvation.
Plus, I think the polystyrene acid in our stomach that melts the food is counted as a waste. It will never go away until you throw up or die. If you throw up, the remaining acid will rub against the inside of your stomach to create more acid. So technically, waste will never completely get out of our bodies until we die. Have you seen the infomercial in which several people sit around a table and talk about how much waste is stuck to the walls of the intestine and how we'll all be much healthier if we buy their product and clean out our bowel?

Here's a website I found about this very topic, interestingly at an address called "Quackwatch".
